Dyeing
Dyeing is the process of adding colors to textile fabrics. Dyeing is normally done in a special solution containing dyes and particular chemical material. After dyeing, dye molecules have uncut chemical bond with fiber molecules. The temperature and time controlling are two key factors in dyeing. As it stands as a part of our company’s name, dyeing is one of our bulk productions every year. The fabric after being dyed is called “P.D” which stands for “Plain-dyed”. Almost any kind of fabric quality could be plain dyed. Our dyeing production exceeds millions of meters every year.
